Typical day as a Lead Support Worker
• Create customer support plans and coordinate Support Workers
• Assist with daily living (meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, moving to independence)
• Carry out risk assessments, planning, goal setting and reviews
• Build relationships through regular chats and collaboration with colleagues

About you
• Passionate about supporting customers to live their best life, with attention to detail
• Experienced in creating person-centred support plans, guiding colleagues, and coordinating referrals
• Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and show resilience
• Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
• Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate
