Job Description

This role is about delivering the unexpected – making each encounter fun, exciting, and personal. You will be an ambassador for the brand’s principles, culture, and values, consistently placing outstanding service at the heart of everything you do.

Working closely with the UK Curated Events Lead, you will ensure consistency across the wider region by tracking activations, capturing key observations, monitoring client milestones, collating reports, supporting health and safety compliance, and contributing to regional projects.

The role requires a highly organised, detail-focused, and adaptable individual who can bring creativity, energy, and a positive attitude to all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a UK activation calendar for sites and offices, ensuring activities support key observances and client site pillar strategies.

Track and report spend against budgets across UK sites and offices, ensuring supply chain governance is followed.

Produce scheduled and accurate internal reporting, including KPI data analysis, financial reporting, and colleague satisfaction metrics, using agreed templates.

Ensure all activations are risk assessed and approved in line with HSEQ processes.
Collaborate with workplace managers to deliver joint objectives agreed between Workplace and the client.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Degree in Events Management or relevant experience in event management, ideally with brand activation experience.

Previous responsibility for event health and safety and compliance.

Strong budget management and spend control experience.
