Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated female Care Assistant to join our evening team. This role is essential in supporting individuals with their daily routines, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs
Assist with meals, medication, and evening routines
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate records of care delivered
Work closely with the wider care team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
Female (required for personal care under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010)
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
The right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
A caring, reliable, and professional atitude
Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided
