Job Introduction

Join our team at Sodexo, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service at HMRC Bristol. We're looking for a reliable and proactive Multiskilled FM Operative who’s ready to make a real difference every day. You play a key role in keeping the building clean, tidy, and welcoming for staff and visitors. This is a varied role combining cleaning, porterage, and excellent customer service. No two days are the same!

What You'll Do

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard across site areas.

  • Set up and reset meeting rooms, including last-minute requests.

  • Support hospitality by setting up coffee stations and lunches.

  • Assist with porter tasks such as moving furniture or deliveries.

  • Report maintenance issues and keep cleaning areas tidy and safe.

  • Follow all health & safety and security procedures.

  • Provide a warm, professional first impression to visitors.

What You Bring:

Essential:

  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.

  • Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.

  • Strong attention to detail to meet required cleaning standards.

  • Team player with the ability to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Desirable:
  • Previous facilities, maintenance, or cleaning experience
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative.
