Summary

Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + weekend shift allowance

Shift Pattern

• Days: Friday – Sunday (3 days per week)

  
  

• Hours: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

  
  

• Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid per shift

  
  

• Total Hours: 36 hours per week

  
  The Role

  We’re seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our weekend day shift team. You’ll be working with Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines across milling and turning, producing high-quality components in a modern, safety-focused environment.

  Perfect if you want to maximise hours over fewer days while keeping a great work/life balance.

  ✅ What You’ll Do

  • Set and operate Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines (milling & turning).

    
    

  • Produce components to precise quality and dimensional standards.

    
    

  • Carry out routine maintenance and resolve minor issues.

    
    

  • Inspect finished parts against technical drawings.

    
    

  • Achieve production targets within weekend schedules.

    
    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven CNC Setter/Operator experience.

      
      

    • Knowledge of Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura machines.

      
      

    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

      
      

    • Ability to work independently on long shifts.
