The Ideal Candidate Experienced in developing and designing curricula, training, or learning programmes. Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and their regulatory requirements. Holds a teaching, training or assessing qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, AET, DET, assessor quals). Ability to design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and accessible learning interventions. Ideally has experience in digital learning design and/or eLearning development. Creative, innovative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual design skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
