Summary
One of our clients have a community boxing event this Saturday 20th September based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
There will be a large number of licensed security staff on site, and the events organisers will handle the front of house matters, so duties would broadly be restricted to the bars.
General Duties:
* Supporting the wider bar staff team and duty manager
* Restocking the bars
* Collecting and putting used glasses (plastic reusables) through the glasswasher
* Topping up clean glasses, ice and other items at the bars
* Serving customers at our bars, including pouring draught pints of beer
Requirements:
* Ability to communicate fluently and clearly with customers in a busy environment, take orders at the bar and interact effectively.
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Able to pour draught pints (desirable but not essential)
* Able to stand for extended periods and carry out manual handling activities (restocking the bars)
This is a one of event requirement rather than an ongoing placement.
Hours & Pay:
16:30hrs- 12:00hrs on Saturday 20th September.
