As a care and support worker you will:
Manage documents and records to ensure they are up to date.
Work in a person centred way, ensuring the needs of the client are at the core of the service you provide.
Assist with moving and handling of the service users, operating equipment such as hoists in line with safety policies.
Provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, light domestic duties and meal times.
Offer companionship and be a friendly face to the service users.
Manage documents and records to ensure they are up to date.
Requirements:
6 months UK care experience.
An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
A practical manual handling certificate
