Description
The Income Collection and Dispute Resolution Officer (SO1) plays a vital role in the financial management of an organization by facilitating effective income collection processes and ensuring timely resolution of disputes. Responsibilities
Manage the income collection process and ensure timely invoicing.
Investigate and resolve disputes related to billing and payments.
Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to process and confirm payment agreements.
Maintain accurate records of income collection activities and dispute resolutions.
Analyze income collection data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Prepare reports for management on collection performance and outstanding disputes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in income collection, billing, or dispute resolution roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.95
