Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a 4-day per week basis working with our children under two years , Monday to Thursday. 8am to 6pm. We close for Christmas week and all Bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the nursery's ethos and policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the individual needs and interests of children.
Planning and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote learning and development across all areas:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies.
Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication and collaboration in their child's learning journey.
Requirements:

Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Proven experience within an Early year setting.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and statutory requirements.
Ability to bring fresh ideas to the setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding best practices in early childhood education.
