Summary
Roadside Technician
Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn’t crucial. This opportunity is covering the Harlow area
Salary: £48,720 basic plus overtime (Paid at time and a half) Overall earnings can be as high as £55,000 depending on how much time you're willing to do.
Hours: This is a 40 hour working week with the earliest start time is 6am latest finish time is 2am with a 12 hour mandatory rest period in between shifts. Rota is posted 7 days in advance and can be subject to change until 72 hours prior.

What a Roadside Technician role does:
- Respond to a range of roadside issues: diagnostics, flat tyres, batteries, and more.
- Work a flexible schedule between 06:00 – 02:00, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and complete reports efficiently.
- Provide top-notch customer service and problem-solving on every call-out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and adaptable to changing situations.
- Flexible and able to travel, including overnight stays if needed.
