The Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring seamless operational delivery, and driving continuous improvement across logistics services. This role is central to Kuehne+Nagel’s commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric logistics solutions
How you create impact
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts.
- Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
- Design and implement customer-specific logistics solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support RFQs and quotations with data insights.
- Facilitate EDI implementation and maintain KN systems setup.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations and trade regulations.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel and attend business/social events.
