Summary
Holt Engineering is working with a specialist manufacturer who is looking for a skilled Coil Winder to join their growing production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in coil winding and encapsulation, who is seeking long-term stability within a supportive, well-established company.
Key Responsibilitiesof a Coil Winder:
- Precision coil winding, ensuring high-quality and accurate finishes.
- Encapsulation work, applying resin around coils to meet technical specifications.
- Operating machinery – ideally milling, although other machine operating backgrounds will be considered if coil winding and encapsulation experience is strong.
- General assembly work, including basic electrical wiring tasks.
- Following detailed technical drawings and maintaining strict quality standards.
What we’re looking for in a Coil Winder:
- Proven experience as a coil winder in a production or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of encapsulation processes using resin.
- Machine operating background (milling experience desirable).
- Ability to carry out small-scale assembly and basic wiring work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
