Summary
Live Build Manufacturing Technician - Defence Sector
Join a leading defence organisation as a Live Build Manufacturing Technician, supporting the assembly, inspection, and certification of complex products within a high-integrity manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing, inspection, and test tasks in line with certification procedures.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
- Use a wide range of tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Complete and verify manufacturing documentation.
- Share best practices and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship or vocational qualification (e.g., NVQ3, BTEC ONC/HNC).
- Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical fitting/maintenance role.
- No explosives experience required - full training provided.
