Summary


A part-time Band 2 Admin Assistant vacancy has arisen with the admin team supporting the Maidstone Mental Health Together Team, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. Working days will be Monday (9 to 5) and Wednesday (9 to 5).

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Receptionist with excellent communication skills, good telephone manner and an overall knowledge of email, Word, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly and polite manner. Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting would be an advantage.

Training will be given where necessary for patient-based systems.

The main duties will be answering external telephone calls and reception cover at front of house, providing admin support to the clinical team, typing letters and booking appointments.
