Summary

Role Overview
An established, multi-disciplinary law firm is seeking a professional Legal Assistant and PA to support a Partner within a busy department. This full-time, office-based role involves a mix of PA duties, legal document preparation, and administrative support, with approximately 50% of the role involving audio and copy typing. The office is located within easy reach of major transport links, including two mainline stations.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

- 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally within Personal Injury

- Strong audio and copy typing skills (50% of role)

- Experience producing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard

- Familiarity with PI procedures and legal software (Proclaim desirable)

- Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication

- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

- Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
