Summary

WR Fundraising Recruitment is excited to partner with a truly exceptional children's charity in their search for a Community Fundraising Manager.

This impactful charity is dedicated to maximizing the quality of life for children with serious or life-limiting conditions. This brilliant charity offers a range of services including specialist nursing and care teams, bereavement support, family support and therapies.

We're looking for an experienced community fundraiser to join an already successful fundraising team. This is a great chance to use your talents to raise essential funds.

Community Fundraising Manager
Full Time, Permanent
Kent, with Hybrid Working
Up to £37,000 (based on experience)

Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage and develop regional fundraising by devising a regional community
fundraising strategy for income generation.
• Design and develop Sarcoma UK's calendar of annual community fundraising campaigns and events communication, including Cuppa and Cake.
• Introduce fundraising opportunities to our existing and potential supporters through a multi-channelled marketing strategy to grow levels of engagement and participation.
• Identify opportunities and recruit new community fundraisers, fundraising groups, corporate and school partners.
• Work with the Fundraising team to produce regular feedback reports and analysis on specific community products and overall revenue.
• Lead on promotion of community fundraising through digital marketing, PR, speaking engagements and on the ground fundraising.

Applicants will need:
• Experience within fundraising particularly community fundraising.
• Experience of building successful relationships
• Ability to confidently communicate with the public, positively influence and persuade people to support your own ideas
• Ability to motivate, inspire and lead supporters at various levels
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the area
