Summary
Hours: 37 hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs) plus First Aider and Fire Marshall at Gadbrook Park to participate in cover rota

The Opportunity
Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great company. We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Service Support Administrator to join our Assets Team.
You will support the Senior Contracts Officer with the effective management of the Trust’s vendor managed materials stores provision, the management of the Trust’s Fleet lease arrangement and purchasing of tools and equipment and general administration duties.
What Will You Do?
We’re looking for a detail-driven Support Services Administrator to support our repairs and maintenance operations. You’ll manage supplier compliance, materials procurement, plant hire, and fleet logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
Key duties include:
• Checking invoices and contract compliance
• Managing stock, tools, and equipment
• Coordinating fleet servicing, repairs, and renewals
• Monitoring fuel usage and vehicle trackers
• Supporting general admin and reporting tasks
Minimum Requirements For This Role*
• Grade GCSE 4-9 / A* - C (Math’s and English) or equivalent level of qualification
• Good attention to detail
• Data Analysis
• Microsoft IT packages
• Purchase ordering systems
• Experience of manipulating spreadsheets for data analysis such as V look ups
• Experience of working in a purchasing environment
• Producing reports on performance of suppliers
Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
