Summary
This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £35,000 plus company benefits.
As our Parts Manager, you will:
• Oversee the parts department and be responsible for maximising departmental profitability while achieving the departmental business plan
• Effectively control and maintain resources, including stock and equipment
• Minimise the risk of financial loss to the company
• Promote enhanced performance across the department
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a Parts Department.
You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
The 35k is made up of a basic of 29K then potential for bonus through achieving 20% margin or above £150.00 a month, Also 2% of retail sales in Green parts
