As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital support role within the catering operation, working closely with the Chef Manager and wider team to deliver an outstanding food and beverage experience.​

You will ensure our customers receive a warm welcome, excellent service, and high-quality refreshments in a clean, well-presented environment.

The Role

Deliver friendly, professional front-of-house service, including serving food and beverages.

Prepare and serve barista-style coffee and other hot drinks to consistently high standards.

Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service counters, dining areas, and workspaces.

Assist with the restocking and attractive display of food and drink items.

Support daily cleaning tasks and uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Respond to customer queries and requests in a polite, helpful manner.

Ensure storerooms and supplies are kept tidy and well organised.
