Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with drive and creativity to join our dedicated and welcoming team to support the delivery of our curriculum to enable our pupils to make exceptional progress in all aspects of their lives. You will supervise and provide support for pupils to help improve engagement in learning, remove barriers to learning, improve attainment, support their personal care and promote their self-confidence and emotional well-being, whilst creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment.
It is essential that you have experience of working with or caring for children. Working within a school and with children with disabilities is desirable, however not essential.
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English / relevant NVQ Level 3 are required. An on-line test will be offered to any candidates who are successful at interview but do not hold these qualifications.
