We are looking for an ambitious and innovative Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to become part of our central team. Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management - Write and upload engaging website content (WordPress), news stories, and articles; produce graphics using Canva; and generate creative briefs for designers and agencies.
• Digital & Social Media - Create, schedule, and post content across social media channels, including photography and videography to support campaigns and showcase achievements.
• Events & Campaigns - Plan, organise, and support academy, college, and Trust-wide events such as open days, conferences, community activities, and special celebrations (including some evenings).
• Collaboration & Engagement - Work closely with colleagues across schools and college centres, attending meetings at Head Office and building relationships to ensure consistent communications.
Key Requirements:
• Communication & Creativity - Strong written and verbal skills, copywriting ability, and an eye for creating engaging digital content across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Technical Skills - Experience with WordPress, Canva, and photography/videography (using mobile and digital camera), with an understanding of branding and its effective application.
• Digital & Social Media Expertise - Proven ability to create dynamic content, grow social media audiences, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Organisation & Adaptability - Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration & Attitude - A self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ approach, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
• Flexibility & Travel - A full driving licence and willingness to travel across sites in Sutton, Surrey, Southwark, and Hillingdon to capture stories, support events, and deliver communications activity.
