Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Proven leadership experience as a Vice Principal or Deputy Headteacher, with a history of raising standards and leading successful school improvement.
• Strong academic and professional credentials, including Qualified Teacher Status, a relevant degree, and NPQSL or equivalent.
• Expertise in curriculum, assessment and behaviour, with the ability to analyse data, implement effective strategies, and foster a culture of high expectations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate staff, and lead with integrity and resilience.
