Summary
The Team Manager will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and At-Risk Mental States (ARMS) service within Somerset. Manage staff within the STEP team, including supervision, performance management, and supporting professional development. Work with the Operational Service Manager and senior colleagues to shape and improve service delivery in line with national EIP standards and Trust priorities. Provide visible and accessible leadership, ensuring staff feel supported and engaged. Take an active role in multidisciplinary meetings, service planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure effective use of resources and maintain compliance with relevant governance, risk, and safeguarding procedures. Contribute to the continued development of the STEP model, promoting early intervention and recovery-focused care for people experiencing psychosis.
