Become a Lifeguard
Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre is looking for dedicated and vigilant lifeguards to join our team. If you're passionate about safety, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pool areas and ensure safety of all users
- Respond to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR
- Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
- Vigilance and quick decision-making
- Calm under pressure and confident in emergencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
