Summary
Deputy Nursery Manager
Full-Time, Up to £32,000
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming early years setting. This full-time, 40-hour per week role is room based and offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of children, while supporting the smooth running of the nursery.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare.
- Previous leadership experience (Room Leader or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Passion, drive, and commitment to delivering the highest standards of childcare.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within the nursery room.
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations and staff supervision.
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under 2.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards at all times.
