This role is ideal for candidates looking to work with adult learners (+19).
What you will be doing:

Deliver engaging, high-impact training across classroom, workplace, and small group environments, including bespoke short courses focused on production/manufacturing, logistics, and health & safety.

Provide personalised Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to support learner confidence, progression, and career readiness.

Design, deliver, and assess effective training programmes that drive measurable outcomes.

Develop and maintain high-quality learning resources, materials, and documentation to support programme delivery and learner success.
