Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Bushey. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join the Baby Room team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in childcare, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for babies
• Support qualified staff in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
• Help with daily routines such as feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times
• Observe and interact with children to support their development
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements:
• A genuine interest in working with babies and young children
• Willingness to work towards an Early Years qualification (Level 2/3)
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Good communication skills and a caring attitude
