Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Flexible Cleaners. This role is ideal for those who require flexible working hours and are available to work on short notice. As a Flexible Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or supply needs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and on short notice.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and bending.
