Position: Telesales Appointment Setter
Location: Office-based (Liverpool City Centre) | Full-time | Mon–Fri, 35 hours/week

Elderberry Publishing is a fast-growing publishing company with a strong client base across the USA and Canada. We specialize in producing high-quality marketing brochures—both in print and digital formats—for clients in the senior homecare, healthcare, and continuous care sectors. Our publications also support local community services through advertising partnerships.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Appointment Setting Team. This is an exciting opportunity for high achievers who want to make an impact, work in a fast-paced environment, and grow their careers in sales.

As part of our sales team, you’ll:
• Reach out to potential and existing clients by phone (Min 75 calls per day)
• Set appointments for our experienced project managers
• Support project managers in converting leads into sales
• Keep accurate records in our CRM system
• Meet call targets and sales quotas
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 35 hours per week
• Shifts: 2PM– 9PM/ 3PM-10PM (Early Finish on Fridays)
• Office-based role

Key Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar customer service/sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRMs and phone systems (training provided)
• Ability to quickly learn and explain products and services
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
What We Offer
• Basic Salary: £24,000 per year
• Commission: Uncapped, 100 GBP per sale with additional monthly bonuses.
• Holidays: 28 days per year
• Pension: Employer contribution of 3%
