Summary
FULL TIME Chef/Cook (LE3). Inc. some Evenings & Weekends.
Home Cooked Meals & Snacks served. A simple menu in conjunction with takeaway food, both to eat or reheat. Buffets & Events as required at various times, which is a growth area for The Bowls Club - Inc. Comedy Nights, Celebrations, Corporate & Match Meals. We also supply a local Hockey Club with Batch Cooked Vegetarian Match Meals.
Experience of Cooking a simple Menu, reheating, presenting to a high standard and serving with a smile is required. High Standards of Cleanliness & Food Hygiene Required including Pot Washing, Cleaning of Kitchen and Food Safety. Responsible for Ordering, Due Diligence Paperwork of Temp Checks, training, allergens etc
