Summary

New Beginnings (NE) Ltd are a local CQC rated 'Excellent' organisation and one of the largest care companies in the North East of England.

We are looking for a Part time Admin Assistant – 24 hours per week over 3 days – Tuesday, Wednesday and either Thursday or Fridays. (There must be some flexibility around availability). The vacancy is to work in our busy HR Department and assist in the general efficient running of the department.

To do this job effectively the successful person will need:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Have the ability to work under own initiative and independently
* Able to work to deadlines and occasionally under pressure
* Able to take direction and work as part of a team
* Able to work flexibly according to the needs of the department
* Understand the need for confidentiality in dealing with all HR matters

* Have excellent IT skills Computer literate and proficient in use of MS Microsoft
(Outlook, Word, & Excel)

Duties will include:
Maintaining accurate and current databases.
Note taking during meetings
Administration of letters
Maintaining employee personnel folders
Filing
General support to the HR team on a daily basis
Any other appropriate duties as required by the HR department

What we offer:
Hourly rate - £12.37
6 weeks paid holiday per year (pro rata) inclusive of bank holidays.
