Summary
Job Description Dispenser We are looking for a reliable and organised Dispenser to join our friendly team at Feltwell Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately, managing medication stock, and providing safe, clear advice to patients. Youll work closely with GPs, pharmacist, and the wider practice team to support the smooth and efficient running of the dispensary. Key Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately in line with prescriptions and protocols Provide advice to patients on the use of their medicines Manage stock levels, including ordering and checking deliveries Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures Handle prescription queries and liaise with clinical staff Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of patient care Qualifications/Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or working towards it) preferred Previous dispensing experience in a GP practice or pharmacy setting desirable Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills A team player with a patient-centred approach
