we are looking for a production cleaner to work on our site in Wisbech

Key Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of Industrial Cleaners include:
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, washing walls and windows, and removing trash.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and commercial vacuums.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with established health and safety protocols.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Use chemical cleaning agents and power equipment responsibly to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or required repairs promptly to management.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Clean and maintain office spaces to a high standard.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, within the scope of the role and capabilities.

General Responsibilities:
• Understand and adhere to all applicable company rules, agreements, policies, and quality procedures.
• Comply with relevant legislative requirements and industry codes of practice.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.
• Ensure personal and team compliance with health and safety standards to minimise risks to self and others.
• Follow all instructions and communications provided through depot signage, notice boards, and official memoranda.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn, with a positive attitude toward the work environment.
• Communicate effectively and professionally within the team.
