Join Our Growing Fire and Security Team!
We’re a leading provider of electronic security systems, specialising in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire detection systems. We're looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to become a key part of our operations team, providing first-line support to clients and engineers and ensuring the smooth running of our helpdesk.
As the first point of contact for all helpdesk queries, you'll be responsible for logging tickets, triaging issues, and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Admin
- Adhoc Duties
- Handle incoming helpdesk enquiries via phone and email.
- Allocate and dispatch jobs to field engineers based on priority and availability.
- Monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on outstanding issues, and keep clients informed.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding parts and job updates.
- Provide administrative support to the service and installations teams.
