I am recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a thriving, well-established nursing home near Weybridge, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and reputable care provider known for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance, and leading a dedicated team in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational management of the nursing home
Maintain and improve high-quality care in line with CQC standards
Lead and develop staff teams to promote excellent care and professional growth
Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels effectively
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, safeguarding, and clinical governance
Oversee audits, quality improvement, and performance monitoring
Engage in local marketing and community outreach to maintain a strong reputation

The Ideal Candidate:

Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
Experience managing a nursing home (essential or highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and elderly care best practices
Skilled in budgeting, auditing, and marketing
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care
