We're looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team in a role that's as unusual as it is rewarding. This is not your average office job.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients (yes, cold calling - but with heart and purpose!)

  • Listening with empathy and offering understanding and support

  • Building trusted relationships over the phone with individuals from all walks of life

  • Following up with clients and coordinating next steps in their journey

  • Being a proactive, self-motivated part of a team where your voice is heard

What You'll Need:

  • A natural ability to put people at ease over the phone

  • Compassion, patience, and emotional intelligence

  • The confidence to take initiative and work independently

  • A background in customer service, care, or phone-based roles is helpful - but not essential

  • A passion for helping others and making meaningful connections
