Planning a trip should be fun and easy, right?, our Reservations Team is dedicated to making that a reality. They’re fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their trip. They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Our team is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Manager to join the team. As Reservations Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable pre-arrival experience. You’ll support strategic rate and inventory management, collaborate across departments, and ensure every booking contributes to operational excellence and commercial success.

As Reservations Manager, you will report to the Hotel Manager. You will effectively guide and manage hotel reservation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet, so you’ll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.
