Summary
Housing Officer needed in Portsmouth
The rate is £21.24ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5272621
The successful candidate will provide tenancy management. They will be able to work from home one to two days per week. They will deliver a proactive and responsive tenancy management service, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements and promoting sustainable tenancies. They will investigate breaches, manage anti-social behaviour cases, and coordinate multi-agency support for vulnerable residents. Through regular property inspections and tenancy audits, they will maintain housing standards and address environmental concerns.
