Summary
Main Duties Continued: Essential technical experience needed will be ability to undertake data analysis including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data manipulation systems e.g. business intelligence systems, with specialist experience of workforce planning techniques, and analytics. The ability to work creatively to build new tools to support us to educate and embed workforce forecasting and planning, will also be important to us.
