Summary
HIIBA LIMITED T/A Black Sheep Coffee Luton, a dynamic and fast-growing franchise operating under the esteemed Black Sheep Coffee brand, specialises in offering high-quality, speciality-grade coffee alongside innovative food and beverage options. As a Kitchen Manager at HIIBA LIMITED, the employee will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the kitchen operations within the franchise outlet.
Main duties include:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring food preparation and service meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and minimal food waste.
• Prepare menu items, including coffee-based cocktails and local beverages.
• Collaborate with management on menu development, incorporating locally sourced and innovative food items.
• Maintain records of inventory, waste, and orders, providing updates to the management on overall performance and stock status.
• Monitor kitchen budgets and labour costs to achieve operational efficiency.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in kitchen management, food preparation, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of stock management practices, including FIFO and inventory tracking
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
