Summary

37 hours per week.

Fixed Term until 29th January 2027, with the possibility of the position becoming permanent at the end of the contract.

We are currently recruiting for an Asset and Energy Surveyor.

The overall purpose of the Assets & Energy Surveyor role is to work closely with the Asset Data team to develop the organisation’s understanding and approach to improving the energy performance and decarbonisation of our housing assets.

As part of the role you will help promote consistency in the quality and standard of asset surveys and assessments and ensure that all work is completed to deliver excellence, efficiency, integrity, compliance and quality. You will undertake a variety of necessary asset related surveys and assessment, including; Stock Condition Surveys, Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessment (EPC), and PAS2035 Retrofit Assessment.

The role will require you to work with the Senior Assets & Energy Surveyor to ensure continuous improvements to the quality of asset data. You will also ensure that all the work allocated is delivered to the required quality standards and to meet the highest possible customer service standards.
