We have 2 part-time (21 hours) permanent vacant posts available.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in offering expert clinical care and supporting urgent clinical queries. You will play a pivotal role in the clinical management of patients undergoing auditory implant procedures. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively across disciplines, contributing to pre-operative assessments, post-operative care, and long-term rehabilitation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead nurse-led clinics for implant assessment and follow-up
Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and families
Collaborate with audiologists, surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists
Contribute to service development, audit, and research initiatives
Lead on Infection Control Policy
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse
MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patients
Ability to demonstrate safe, clinical decision making and expert care
Ability to work within professional boundaries, while providing care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
