Summary
A law firm in Lancashire are looking for a conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able while they recruit permanently for the role. The caseload is predominantly residential conveyancing and while experience of commercial property work would be advantageous, this is by no means essential.
The firm are ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time hybrid basis of 1-2 days per week at their offices and the remainder remote. While they will consider fully remote as a last resort, strong preference will be given to candidates who can attend their offices weekly.
