Summary

As a Patch Administrator, you will be a key member of the team and the first point of contact and support excellent customer service delivery to our members, across the South West region.

In this varied fast paced role, you will utilise a variety of administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis responding to calls and emails, working with internal and external stakeholders, such as NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers, to schedule meetings and manage calendars and support the regions work with our Senior and Regional officers who represent our members.

The role of Patch Administrator is an interesting and varied role, so we’ll need you to be able to demonstrate the administration skillset you hold to provide excellent customer service to our members and stakeholders across the region.

We are looking for someone who is professional with excellent communication skills, organised and confident with a completing a variety of administration duties, working as part of a supportive regional team.
