Summary
Please see full job description attached for details Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to oncology/haematology patients including Systemic Anticancer Chemotherapy (SACT) prescription verification and clinical monitoring. Provide professional and clinical supervision in the satellite oncology/haematology pharmacy dispensary. Support the operation and development of the Telephone Home Maintenance service Provide highly specialised paediatric drug therapy advice to patients/carers, medical and nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Provide teaching to pharmacy, nursing and medical staff in specialist areas of clinical practice and supervises less experienced band 6 pharmacists & students.
