The Child Development Service team in Worthing are looking for a forward thinking, motivated team coordinator to support the Deputy Operational Head of Service and the Clinical Team Leads to assure the quality and performance remains high in our Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Specialist Nursing teams.

To do this we need someone who can look at performance data, collate the data in a required format, and propose ways to improve our service. Then support the team with any training and development to make the changes work.

The teams here are passionate about providing the best possible care to the children, young people and families that we support. We are looking for someone who can help the team focus on their clinical work whilst this role delivers on the supporting structures and processes in collaboration with other teams, both internal and external.



We need someone who can get on with people, build networks and have the resilience and passion to drive forward initiatives that enhance our service.
• Admin support to Deputy Operation Head Of Service and Clinical Leads
• Data collection and presentation - using various data sets to consider waiting lists, clinician activity , sickness rates, training compliance data, etc.
• Supervision of existing band 3 admin staff
• Support clinical and admin staff with digital developments/initiatives
• Yearly clinic room planning
• Audits
• Networking and liaison with other teams
• Coordination of team meetings, event and initiatives
