• Assisting other departments when required

What We’re Looking For

We’re after team players who bring enthusiasm, positivity, and excellent communication skills to every shift. This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves working with people.

Essential qualities:

• Strong customer service focus with a can-do attitude
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working outdoors in all weathers
• Willingness to interact with guests throughout their visit
• A reasonable level of fitness

Experience in a holiday park or similar environment is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.

The Details

• Perks: Friends & Family passes, discounted tickets, flexible shifts, and great opportunities for career development.
• Start dates: Various throughout the year—apply now for immediate or future opportunities.
• Requirements: Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport) and contact details of a reference.
