Summary
Seeking a Self-Employed Female PA/Driver
Part-time hours | Flexible days | £15.00 per hour | Direct Payment-funded (not agency)
Female-only role in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
I am an independent woman living in a fully wheelchair-adapted property, looking for a reliable, emotionally intelligent female PA for flexible support with daily living and transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive my wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) to appointments, meetings, family visits, outings, and holidays
Support with physically demanding tasks such as cooking, shopping, and ironing, household chores.
Order prescriptions and assist with phone calls.
Essential Criteria:
Female, aged 25+ (for insurance purposes)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Confident driving a WAV and securing a wheelchair
Strong sense of safety and common-sense awareness of surroundings
Emotionally intelligent and respectful of autonomy
Able to maintain a person-centred approach, safeguarding dignity, privacy, and emotional wellbeing
Willing to undergo enhanced DBS and reference checks
Additional Info:
£15.00 per hour (self-employed rate)
Flexible working days, with some weekend work required
Any necessary training will be provided
