Summary
We are looking for a talented Bollywood Comedian to join our proposed video shoot for a short film. Ideal applicant must be heavily talented and must speak various Indian languages such as Telugu, Hindi and English.
Job description:
Writing witty, captivating, and memorable comedic content. Choreographing comedy-enhancing movements. Memorizing written and choreographed content.
Testing audio-visual devices before every show. Performing lightly and heavily scripted plus improvisational content. Utilizing other talents to enhance the performance. Getting into various characters with relevant make up as per demand. Stay updated on comedy trends and industry developments. Rehearse and polish performances regularly. Network with industry professionals and peers. Experience in collaboration with other artists. Exceptional sense of humor and creativity. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to perform in front of large audiences
Comfortable with public speaking and entertaining. Good understanding of comedic timing and delivery. Knowledge of current events and pop culture. Experience with video and audio production. Demonstrable experience as a comedian. Adaptable comedic style. Ability to excel at stand-up and pre-recorded performances.
Familiarity with pertinent audio-visual equipment. Superb written, verbal, improvisation, and memorization skills. Capacity to draw on audience members' experiences to enhance your comedy. Ability to engage with divisive topics sensitively. Self-motivation and discipline. Basic knowledge of business and self-promotion techniques.
Qualifications:
A degree or a professional qualification from a reputed organisation
2 years experience in the acting industry
Friendly approach with co-actors
Multiple language speaking ability
Resilience and ability to handle criticism
Good time-management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle the physical demands of frequent travel
Self-motivation and discipline
Basic knowledge of business and self-promotion techniques
